About the Herbs in Dream Weaver*

Chamomile to help relieve tension & inflammation. Sweet & aromatic with hints of honey & tart apple. Promotes stress reduction, healthy digestion, & has even been shown to help slow metabolism of sugar.

Lavender for her royal approach to nourishing your nervous system. Cooling, divinely aromatic, & subtly bitter. Promotes relaxation & mental alertness simultaneously. Beneficial for digestion.

Valerian root for less anxiety & bigger feelings of calm to gently prepare you for better sleep. Earthy, warming, sweet, & slightly spicy. Promotes ease & relaxation.

Ashwagandha to nourish. Ancient use in India & Africa to deeply rejuvenate. Promotes a nourished nervous system that is both strong & calm. Supports healthy sleep.

Steeping Guide

  • Put 1.5-2 teaspoons of tea (or more for a stronger tea) per 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of water into your favorite tea infuser & add to your favorite mug.
  • Bring water to just a boil. (To get real technical, heat water to 208-212℉.)
  • Pour water over tea. Be sure to cover while steeping to keep the goodness in.
  • Steep for 6-10 minutes to suit your taste. The longer, the stronger.
  • Most importantly, sip slowly & enjoy the magic & medicine of the plants.
