About the Herbs in Disco Nap*
Peppermint & Spearmint to invigorate and ward off the ever-so-dreaded afternoon slump. Peppermint is the ultimate mint that’s so intense it’s almost spicy, while spearmint is a bit more mild with a hint of floral. Wildly supportive of healthy and efficient digestion, encourages increased mental clarity, and can serve as a gentle, but mighty alternative to more jolting stimulants like caffeine.
Hibiscus for a perky punch of antioxidant vitamin C. Ruby red, tart, and intensely tangy. Powerfully antioxidant, supports healthy levels of inflammation, hydrating, supportive of skin and hair health, and so much more.
Lemongrass for its delightfully lemon flavor that perfectly compliments tart and tangy hibiscus. Citrusy with a hint of floral. Antioxidant, antimicrobial, and may help to relieve pain and boost immunity,
Cinnamon for a warming boost to circulation. This sweet & spicy… well, spice… travels from faraway tropical lands to get make it to our spice cabinets. It’s ability to help increase warmth and circulation supports healthy and efficient digestion. Commonly used to help decrease respiratory allergy symptoms and support healthy levels of blood sugar and cholesterol.
Chrysanthemum for added flower power. Earthy, lightly floral, and almost buttery. Some say it tastes very similar to chamomile. Supports healthy levels of inflammation, antibacterial, and may even help to improve the metabolism of alcohol.

Steeping Guide
- Put 1.5-2 teaspoons of tea (or more for a stronger tea) per 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of water into your favorite tea infuser & add to your favorite mug.
- Bring water to just a boil. (To get real technical, heat water to 208-212℉.)
- Pour water over tea. Be sure to cover while steeping to keep the goodness in.
- Steep for 6-10 minutes to suit your taste. The longer, the stronger.
- Most importantly, sip slowly & enjoy the magic & medicine of the plants.
